How to Use Easy Accordion Blocks in Oxygen Builder

Oxygen Builder is a powerful visual design tool for WordPress that gives developers and designers total control over their page layouts. In this guide, we’ll show you how to use Easy Accordion Blocks inside Oxygen Builder using Saved Templates.

By enabling the Oxygen Builder Addon, you can display your pre-built Easy Accordion Saved Templates inside any Oxygen templates. Instead of rebuilding complex layouts from scratch, it will help you to use simple shortcodes to showcase your pre-made FAQ Sections or Accordion directly in the Oxygen Builder. You just need to choose the ready-made templates inside Oxygen and pick the preferred one, which saves you time and keeps your site’s design perfectly consistent.

You can complete the process in just 2 simple steps:

  • Step 1: Install the Easy Accordion plugin and create a FAQ Section or Accordion.
  • Step 2: Paste the Shortcode inside the Oxygen Builder using Easy Accordion Saved Templates.

Let’s walk through how to integrate the Oxygen page builder Addons and use your accordion on the page.

Follow the 5 steps to use Accordion blocks in Oxygen using the Saved Template.

1. Enable the Oxygen Builder Addon: Go to your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Easy Accordion, and click the Integrations tab. Scroll to Page Builder Addons and switch the Oxygen Builder toggle to ON.

2. Copy the Shortode: Go back to the Saved Templates menu. Find the template you want to use and click the snippet in the Shortcode column (for example, [sp_eap_template id=”9064″]) to copy it.

3. Open your Oxygen Template: In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Oxygen > Templates and click on the template you want to edit. Click the blue Edit with Oxygen button to open the visual editor canvas.

4. Add Element & Choose your Accordion: Click the top-left (+ Add) button. In the sidebar search box, type Easy Accordion and select the native Easy Accordion Saved Template components. In the left settings panel, click the Choose Accordion dropdown menu and select your pre-made template from the list.

5. Publish and Save: Click the blue Save button at the top right of the screen to publish your changes. Your fully styled accordion will instantly appear in the live visual viewport.

That’s it.
